HOW ANTI-FATIGUE, ANXIETY AND SLEEP SUPPORT DEVICE WORKS

• Remove the battery cover, insert the battery correctly (single AAA alkaline battery) and close the battery cover.
• If necessary, you can wet the palm of your hand well with water so that the large sensor and the small sensor are in contact with your palm.
• Press and hold the (M) button to turn on the power. At this time, the default mode is the hand care mode, the blue indicator is on, and the user can use the (+) and (-) buttons to select the appropriate intensity level (total 9 levels, the default is level 1).
• With a short press of the key (M), you alternate the modes as follows: (hand care mode), (active mode), (relaxation mode), (relaxation mode + hand care), (relaxation mode + active mode), (relax mode + active + hand care mode), with the blue indicator light changing as the mode changes.

• When the mode is changed, the speed will automatically return to level 1.
• When the blue light is dim or no visible stimulation is felt when the (+) button is pressed, it means the battery is low. Replace the battery promptly.
• This product has an automatic power-off function - the default working time is 15 minutes, and the power is automatically turned off after the work is finished.
• After use, put the product in a dry and cool place.
