Delivery and Terms

The delivery is carried out by а courier company Speedy. The goods are sent from their office. We put an option to review before you pay the courier the ordered product. The technics always travels insured. We recommend that you open the consignment in front of the courier to establish the integrity of the goods. If it is broken or damaged, you have the right to request a protocol for damaged goods.

If you would like a delivery with a courier company that you specified, the shipment is from the address of our warehouse.

Delivery takes 4-5 days. The delivery of the goods is at the expense of the recipient, for countries different than Bulgaria, according to the respective courier's tariffs.

Every user has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 working days of receipt and if the product meets the following conditions:

- There is no mechanical damage;

- It has its original packaging, including all protective foil nylon and other materials used to wrap the product, as well as a flawless commercial appearance;

- It is accompanied by the attached warranty card, the accompanying documents and the accessories with which it was received.

The buyer must contact an operator at +359 876977880 and report his refusal. We engage ourselves to refund the amount paid for the product within 7 working days of the date it is received back, or to replace it. The cost of transport is at the expense of the buyer.
