Deliveries are carried out by a courier company Speedy.
If you want a delivery with a courier company that you have specified, the shipment is done from the address of our warehouse.
Delivery takes place within 4-5 days for countries in Europe.
The delivery of the goods is at the expense of the recipient, for countries different than Bulgaria, according to the respective courier's tariffs.
Everyone who purchases goods for more than €360 EUR receives a voucher for free shopping worth €20 EUR.
Every user has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 working days of receipt and if the product meets the following conditions:
- There is no mechanical damage;
- It has its original packaging, including all protective foil nylon and other materials used to wrap the product, as well as a flawless commercial appearance;
- It is accompanied by the attached warranty card, the accompanying documents and the accessories with which it was received.
The buyer must contact an operator at 0876977880 and report his refusal. We engage ourselves to refund the amount paid for the product within 7 working days of the date it is received back, or to replace it. The cost of transport is at the expense of the buyer.
